Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing within 14 days.

Returns

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition unless faulty.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@oakandironco.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
